Dickinson Arms
The Dickinson Arms 1911 9mm is a modern take on the classic single-action platform, chambered in 9mm and built on a forged steel frame for durability and reliability. With a 4.37-inch barrel and black finish, this compact 1911 delivers the ergonomics and controls shooters know and trust—ideal for self-defense, range work, or anyone who appreciates the proven 1911 design in a practical, everyday caliber. Whether you're a seasoned 1911 enthusiast or looking to explore the platform without the recoil of .45 ACP, the Dickinson Arms 9mm is engineered for accuracy and built to last.
Dickinson Arms manufactures this pistol using forged steel for both frame and barrel, a foundation that resists wear and maintains tight tolerances through years of shooting. The frame is hot-forged using custom molds to maximize material strength, then precision-machined on CNC equipment to exact specifications. The barrel undergoes similar rigorous manufacturing—whether through hot-forging or cold-forging methods—followed by deep-hole drilling, groove-setting, and final CNC finishing to ensure proper fit and function. Every component is gauged during and after production to confirm consistency and performance.
The slide is likewise forged and CNC-machined to match the frame's durability standards. The result is a compact 1911 that balances traditional handling with modern manufacturing precision—reliable enough for defensive carry or regular range trips, and straightforward enough to maintain like any quality 1911. The 9mm chambering offers softer recoil than traditional .45 ACP variants while preserving the single-action trigger and manual safety features that define the platform.
