Desantis Gunhide
The Desantis #002 Speed Scabbard holster for S&W M&P Shield 9/40 is built for professionals and serious shooters who want reliable retention without the fumble of a thumb break. Precision molding and a tension adjustment screw work together to lock your Shield securely in place, letting you draw fast when speed matters. This right-hand holster keeps things straightforward—no unnecessary mechanisms, just a clean design that gets the job done inside the waistband or strong side.
The Speed Scabbard works with both the original M&P Shield 9mm and .40 S&W, as well as the M2.0 generation in those same calibers. The belt slot is sized at 1¾ inches wide, fitting standard duty and everyday carry belts. Desantis molded this holster specifically for the Shield's profile, so you get a snug fit that minimizes printing and maximizes draw speed.
Whether you're a plainclothes officer, armed professional, or civilian carrier who trusts the Shield platform, the Speed Scabbard delivers no-nonsense concealment and retention. The black finish is durable and discrete, and the straightforward design means less goes wrong in the field.
