The Dead Air Sandman Enhanced Muzzle Brake is a recoil-reduction accessory designed to work in tandem with Dead Air suppressors, delivering a measurable reduction in felt recoil and muzzle rise. If you run a Sandman, Nomad, Wolverine, or Wolfman suppressor and want to squeeze every last bit of performance out of your system, the E-Brake threads onto the front of your can and transforms how your rifle shoots. It's the kind of upgrade that pays dividends on the range or in the field—flatter shooting means faster follow-ups and less fatigue over a long session.

Beyond recoil control, the E-Brake manages the high-pressure gas signature exiting your suppressor in a way that matters in real conditions. The vent holes diffuse that exit flow more evenly, which means less dramatic dust signature when you're shooting prone and reduced sound pressure that won't punish the ears of folks nearby. Installation is straightforward: unscrew your current front cap, thread it onto the E-Brake, and screw the assembly onto your suppressor. No gunsmithing required.

Dead Air offers the E-Brake in two diameters to match your setup. The 1.5" version pairs seamlessly with Sandman and Wolverine suppressors, while the 1.735" option aligns flush with Nomad Series cans and gives users a wider appearance—and some shooters report it helps keep suppressor covers from creeping forward. Both share the same R-Series front cap thread pitch, making them cross-compatible across Dead Air's lineup. Choose based on your suppressor model and aesthetic preference; the functionality is identical.
