Crimson Trace
The Crimson Trace LaserSaddle laser sight for Mossberg 500/590 and Shockwave shotguns brings fast, intuitive targeting to pump-action 12 and 20 gauge guns. This compact red laser mounts directly to the receiver saddle—no gunsmithing required—and gives you an instantly visible aiming point from contact distance to 50 yards and beyond. Whether you're running home defense drills, hunting in brush, or fine-tuning your tactical shotgun setup, a laser sight cuts through the speed-vs-accuracy tradeoff that traditional bead sights force on you.
The LaserSaddle uses a 5mW red laser—bright enough to see in daylight and low light alike—with multiple pressure-activated buttons positioned for ambidextrous use. You get full windage and elevation adjustment, so zeroing is straightforward. A master on/off switch lets you power down completely between sessions, and two CR2032 batteries keep the sight running for 3 hours of continuous use. The matte black polymer construction blends seamlessly with tactical and traditional shotgun profiles alike.
Installation is user-friendly: the sight saddles onto your shotgun's receiver, provided you have the standard drilled-and-tapped holes. It will not fit .410 bore receivers. Factory sighting is set at 50 feet, and the laser dot prints roughly half an inch at that distance—tight enough for precision and large enough to track your target in low contrast. Backed by Crimson Trace's three-year full warranty, this is a no-fuss optic upgrade for serious shotgunners.
