The Civivi Brazen folding knife is a compact everyday carry option that doesn't sacrifice capability for size. Built around a 3.46-inch D2 steel blade with a plain edge, this folder delivers solid edge retention and corrosion resistance in a package that fits easily in a pocket or pack. The stonewashed finish on the blade masks wear and gives it a distinctly rugged appearance—no fussy polishing required after a day in the field or on the bench.
Civivi designs knives for users who want functional, no-nonsense tools at reasonable price points. The Brazen slots into that lineup as a reliable fixed-task folder: the D2 steel edge holds up to regular use and takes a respectable edge when you get around to sharpening it. The natural G10 handle gives you a secure grip in wet or dry conditions, and the folding design means this blade goes where a fixed knife might get in the way—camp setup, fieldwork, kitchen duties, or just daily cutting tasks.
If you're building a rotation of knives for hunting, camping, overlanding, or general outdoor work, a compact folder like the Brazen fills a real gap. It's light, durable, and designed to work, not to collect dust in a display case.

D2 is a high-carbon tool steel that holds an edge well and resists corrosion better than many stainless options. It's a popular choice for working knives because it's tough, sharpens easily, and doesn't require obsessive maintenance—ideal for outdoor and field use.
Yes. At 3.46 inches, the blade is large enough for dressing game, processing wood, or general camp cutting, while remaining compact enough to carry without bulk. The plain edge and D2 steel make it practical for real work.
Stonewashing is a tumble process that creates a matte, textured surface on the blade. It helps mask scratches and patina from regular use, so your knife looks intentionally worn-in rather than beat-up—and it's easier on the eyes than showing every fingerprint.
The Brazen uses natural G10, a composite material made from layers of fiberglass-reinforced epoxy. It provides excellent grip security in wet conditions, doesn't absorb moisture, and is durable enough for years of field use.
