CHRISTENSEN ARMS
The Christensen Arms Ridgeline FFT in 300 PRC with a 22-inch barrel represents serious engineering for hunters who refuse to compromise between accuracy and weight. Built on a precision-machined Christensen Arms receiver, this lightweight rifle combines a stainless steel barrel wrapped in aerospace-grade carbon fiber with a carbon fiber composite stock—delivering the rigidity and consistency you need for long-range precision without dragging extra pounds into the backcountry. If you've spent time glassing ridges and counting ounces, the Ridgeline FFT speaks your language.
The 300 PRC chambering brings proven long-range credibility to a platform that won't punish your legs on the hike out. The barrel is button rifled, hand-lapped, and match-chambered before leaving the factory, meaning your setup arrives ready to shoot. Free-floating design keeps the barrel vibration-free for consistent accuracy, while the removable stainless steel side baffle brake helps manage recoil—important when you're carrying a precision rifle across uneven terrain. The 5/8 x 24 thread pitch (standard for magnum cartridges) allows you to customize muzzle devices to your preferences or hunting regulations.
The action incorporates TriggerTech technology for clean trigger control and includes a spiral fluted bolt with an enlarged knob for confidence-building manipulation. The enlarged ejection port reduces hang-ups when running the bolt hard, while the improved bolt release keeps things snappy. Internally, a 4-round magazine feeds via hinged aluminum floor plate, with AICS compatibility available through aftermarket conversion if you want to swap to detachable magazines later. Carbon fiber bedding pillars and spot bedding in the stock keep the barreled action precisely positioned shot after shot. The rifle accepts standard Remington 700 optics bases, so your scope mounting options are wide open.
The Sagebrush finish provides a natural, non-reflective appearance that blends into high-country terrain. This is a rifle built for the serious distance hunter who measures value in accuracy per pound carried—not hype or unnecessary features.
