Charter Arms
The Charter Arms Mag Pug & Pitbull is a compact, versatile revolver built for shooters who need reliable firepower in a package that fits pocket, ankle, or waistband carry. This 5-shot cylinder comes chambered in .357 Magnum, .38 Special, or 9mm—giving you flexibility to shoot what you have on hand or what ballistics match your role, whether that's backup duty, personal protection, or range work. At just 17 ounces with a 2.2-inch barrel, it's light enough for all-day carry without printing, and tough enough for hard use.
The frame is stainless steel with a black passivate finish that resists corrosion and looks professional without the flashiness. Classic walnut grips provide a traditional, comfortable purchase that doesn't slip in a sweaty hand or winter glove. The standard hammer gives you both single-action precision and double-action speed—pull it back for a crisp, intentional shot or just work the trigger for rapid follow-ups. This is honest revolver design: no unnecessary features, no fuss, just reliable mechanical function.
Charter Arms has built a reputation for producing tough, affordable wheelguns that work. The Mag Pug & Pitbull fits that mold perfectly. If you're looking for a short-barrel revolver that handles .357 Magnum power without the bulk, accepts 9mm ammo if you prefer it, and won't break the bank, this is a serious contender. It earned its place in duty holsters and nightstands across the country for a reason.
