CARLSON'S
The Carlsons Core choke tube for Benelli Crio and Crio Plus shotguns brings versatility and precision to your 12-gauge. This long choke tube is engineered to handle everything from close-range upland birds to extended-distance waterfowl, making it a practical choice for hunters who want one tool that adapts to changing conditions. The Core Series philosophy is straightforward: solid performance across all shot types and gauges, without complexity or premium pricing.
What sets this choke apart is its compatibility with virtually any modern shotgun ammunition. Whether you're loading lead, steel, bismuth, tungsten, or specialty blends, the Core tube handles them all. The design accommodates shot sizes from BB down to #10, and you can run slugs through the Close Range version if your hunting demands it. This flexibility means you're not locked into one type of shot or load—adapt to the hunt, not the other way around.
The Core Series uses a numbered constriction system that's laser-marked right on the choke head, paired with a yardage reference on the packaging. That takes the guesswork out of selection: #1 Close Range (Improved Cylinder) for 5–20 yards with lead, #2 Mid-Range (Modified) for 20–35 yards, and #3 Long Range (Full) for 30–45 yards and beyond. It's the kind of straightforward engineering that appeals to both new hunters and seasoned clay shooters.
