The Browning Citori CXS 20-gauge over/under shotgun is purpose-built for shooters who demand a responsive, flat-shooting platform for sporting clays, skeet, and upland field work. This 20ga delivers the swing and handling of a dedicated competition gun without the recoil penalty of larger gauges, making it an excellent choice for hunters and clay shooters alike. The CXS features a steel receiver with high-polish blue finish and Browning's iconic Citori legacy—proven reliability in a modern package.

The 30-inch barrels wear a lightweight profile with flat-floating ribs, ventilated top and side design, and a 50/50 point of impact optimized for the discipline you're shooting. The forcing cones have been lengthened via Browning's Vector Pro technology to reduce shot deformation and recoil impulse, while the 3-inch chambers handle standard and magnum ammunition. You get three Midas Grade extended Invector-Plus choke tubes (FMIC) so you can dial in your pattern for any range or target spread, and the Triple Trigger System allows shooter preference for how you break targets.

Build quality shows throughout: Grade II American walnut stock in gloss finish, Inflex recoil pad for consistent mount, dual ivory beads for a clear sight picture, and a chromed chamber for longevity. At 6 lbs 12 oz and 47 1/2 inches overall with a 14 3/4-inch length of pull, the gun balances quick to shoulder while remaining steady in the swing. Rib width of 3/8 to 1/2 inch keeps sight picture narrow and precise.

Whether you're breaking clays at your local club or hunting over pointers in September, the Citori CXS 20ga delivers the handling, reliability, and fit that have made Browning a trusted name in shotguns for generations.
