The Browning Citori CXS 20ga over/under shotgun is a refined, versatile gun built for shooters who demand smooth handling and reliable performance across clay games and field hunting. With its proven over/under design, lightweight profile, and crisp handling, the CXS is at home in competition or the upland field—and the 20 gauge delivers all the shot-breaking authority you need without excessive recoil, making it a natural choice for serious recreational shooters and hunters alike.

This gun is built on a steel receiver finished in high-polish blue and stamped with the new Citori CXS logo in gold—a mark of Browning's confidence in the platform. The flat floating rib with ventilated top and side ribs keeps the barrel steady and helps manage heat during extended shooting. The 32-inch barrels are set up for a 50/50 point of impact, a sweet spot for sporting clays and skeet shooters who want a gun that shoots where they look without constant adjustment.

Browning equipped the CXS with Vector Pro lengthened forcing cones—a feature that eases the transition from chamber to barrel and can reduce recoil impulse while improving pattern consistency. The chromed chamber stands up to repeated firing and wet conditions. You get three Midas grade extended Invector-Plus choke tubes (FMIC) in the box, giving you flexibility to adapt to different distances and game. The Triple Trigger System includes one trigger supplied, and the gun carries Grade II American walnut with a gloss finish and Inflex recoil pad for all-day comfort.

Ivory front and mid bead sights make target pickup fast and clean. At just under 7 pounds, the CXS swings and mounts naturally without wearing you out. The 3-inch chamber handles the full spectrum of 20ga loads, from light field rounds to heavier shot charges when the situation demands it.
