Black Rain Ordnance
The Black Rain Ordnance Fusion 5.56 16" rifle is a no-nonsense AR platform build built on a forged Spec15 receiver set and designed for shooters who want a straightforward, reliable workhorse. Whether you're zeroing in at the range, training for defensive scenarios, or building a practical rifle battery, this 5.56 NATO carbine delivers mil-spec performance without the marketing fluff. At 7 lbs 3 oz, it's light enough to handle all day but substantial enough to stay steady on target.
The heart of the Fusion is a 16-inch 4150V chromoly barrel paired with a direct impingement gas system and low-profile non-adjustable gas block — the time-tested combination that powers millions of AR-15s worldwide. The salt bath nitride-coated bolt carrier group resists corrosion and wear, while the mil-spec trigger gives you the predictable, unmodified break most shooters expect from a field rifle. The A2 flash hider keeps muzzle signature manageable in low light.
Ergonomics are handled by a Spec15 forged charge handle, MFT EPG16 grip, and MFT Minimalist stock — all solid, proven furniture that keeps you in control without unnecessary bulk. The 12-inch M-LOK slim handguard offers enough real estate for an optic mount, light, or sling attachment while keeping the overall profile lean. Total length is 34 inches, making it maneuverable in vehicles or tight spaces without sacrificing sight radius.
The orange battleworn finish isn't just looks—it signals a rifle built for use, not display. If you want a 5.56 carbine that does the job without pretense, the Black Rain Ordnance Fusion delivers.
