Betts Tackle
If you're setting bobbers on spring-fed creeks, tail-water trout streams, or anywhere finicky fish demand a gentle touch, the Betts Balsa Spring Float 7/8" 18ct Assorted Brite pack delivers what you need: a reliable float that won't spook wary trout or panfish. Balsa construction gives you smooth drifts and delicate presentations that plastic won't match. Unlike hard plastic bobbers that crack under pressure and absorb water, these floats stay buoyant season after season and maintain their responsiveness no matter how many drifts you log.
The bright, high-visibility finish cuts through glare and water conditions so you won't miss the subtle takes that matter on technical water. Whether you're nymphing under indicator or drifting soft plastics, these 7/8" floats are sized for lighter rigs and smaller streams where over-weighted bobbers spook fish. The 18-count assorted pack gives you plenty of floats to rotate, lose, or experiment with different depths and presentations without constantly retying.
Balsa has been the go-to material for float anglers for decades because it's responsive, durable, and forgiving. These are honest, working floats—no gimmicks, just proven performance in the hands of anglers who know that a good bobber is invisible to the fish but never invisible to you.
| Float Size | 7/8" |
| Material | Premium Balsa |
| Count | 18 |
| Color | Assorted Brite |
| Bobber Type | Spring Float |
These floats work well on smaller streams, spring creeks, and tail-water rivers where lighter rigs are the norm and fish are easily spooked by heavy bobbers. The 7/8" size keeps your presentation gentle and natural.
Balsa won't crack under use, doesn't absorb water like plastic, and maintains better responsiveness over time. Plastic bobbers can become waterlogged and unreliable; balsa stays consistent.
Yes—the assorted bright colors are designed to be highly visible so you can track your float and detect takes, even in variable light conditions.
You get 18 assorted spring floats in bright colors, giving you plenty of floats to use, replace, or experiment with different presentations.
