AeroPrecision
The Aero Precision Atlas S-One 14.94" handguard is a lightweight M-LOK free-float rail built for AR-15 shooters who refuse to compromise between performance and weight savings. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and engineered with Aero's proprietary ATLAS attachment system, this handguard delivers the strength and stability Aero is known for while keeping your build lean and handy. At 7.95 oz (plus 1.9 oz of mounting hardware), the S-One is purpose-built for hunters, competition shooters, and rifle builders who count every ounce.
The ATLAS mounting system is where this handguard stands apart. Instead of traditional single-point clamps that can distort the rail during installation, the S-One uses mirrored tapered locking nuts that apply even pressure across a custom-engineered barrel nut via a turnbuckle screw. A ratcheting detent locks everything in place with positive registration, so you get a rock-solid platform without guesswork or potential damage to the handguard itself. All hardware you need is included.
Built for practical shooting, the S-One features front and rear picatinny rails for optics, lights, and accessories, while the center top rail is eliminated to save weight without sacrificing utility. M-LOK slots run the length of the rail, indexing grooves at 12 o'clock give you a consistent grip reference, and quick disconnect sling mounts are positioned at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock. The rail is compatible with low-profile gas blocks and fits mil-spec AR-15 upper receivers and barrels—just note that it's not designed for M4E1 Enhanced Uppers due to indexing tabs.
If you're building a lightweight hunting rifle, a fast-handling competition gun, or an overlanding truck gun, the Atlas S-One delivers the kind of no-nonsense engineering that makes a difference in the field.
