Aimshot
The Aimshot MT61172 is a quick release mount for AR-15 Picatinny rails, designed to let you rapidly attach and detach optics without losing zero. Built with a black anodized finish, it's engineered for shooters who run multiple uppers, frequently swap optics between rifles, or need the flexibility to transition between magnified and unmagnified glass depending on the mission. Whether you're hitting the range, hunting, or running tactical drills, a quality quick release mount keeps your workflow smooth and your setup adaptable.
Quick release mounts aren't complicated—they work or they don't—but the Aimshot MT61172 slots into the growing toolbox of AR shooters who value speed and repeatability. The Picatinny interface is the standard across modern AR platform optics and accessories, so compatibility is straightforward. The black anodized finish resists corrosion and blends naturally with most AR builds.
If you're building an AR with a layered optic strategy, investing in a solid QD mount is smarter than constantly re-zeroing. The MT61172 is a no-nonsense choice for that job.
