The Aero Precision BREACH ambidextrous charging handle assembly is purpose-built for the M5/AR308 platform and designed for shooters who demand both control and durability. This large-lever variant gives you an extended manipulation surface ideal for larger hands or anyone who wants more real estate to work with when charging the rifle. Built from 7075-T6 aluminum—the same material trusted in aerospace and high-stress applications—the BREACH handles the punishment of suppressed fire, aggressive manipulations, and field debris without compromise.

What sets the BREACH apart from standard charging handles is its engineering. The patent-pending dual spring lever system redirects the force of use directly into the reinforced aluminum body rather than punishing the roll pins, which means you can charge hard from either side without worrying about premature wear or failure. The gas deflection shelf sits flush with your upper receiver to redirect blast away from your face—a real benefit when running a suppressor. Even the design details work: those stylistic cuts aren't just for show; they actually help clear carbon and stubborn debris from the upper receiver while you're working the gun.

Whether you're running a long-range precision build, a suppressed hunting rifle, or a fighting gun that sees hard use, the BREACH is engineered to stay put and perform. The ambidextrous levers stay low and comfortable when your rifle is slung, and the spacer design keeps the mechanism sealed against the elements. This isn't a charging handle that looks tough—it's built to be tough.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the BREACH work on my AR308 rifle?

Yes. The BREACH is designed specifically for the M5/AR308 platform.

Can I charge the rifle one-handed with the BREACH?

Yes. The patent-pending dual spring lever system is engineered to handle one-sided charging without damaging the handle. Unlike traditional designs, force is redirected into the reinforced body rather than stressing the roll pins.

Is the BREACH ambidextrous?

Yes. The ambidextrous levers allow you to charge the rifle comfortably with either hand and remain low-profile when the rifle is slung.

Does the BREACH help with suppressed shooting?

Yes. The gas deflection shelf aligns with the upper receiver to redirect gas flow away from your face when shooting suppressed.
