Acme Baits
The Acme Little Cleo 1/6oz Nickel is a compact spoon that delivers reliable action in freshwater and light saltwater applications. This nickel-finish spoon is sized for trout, panfish, and smaller predators where a modest profile and quick-sinking design make all the difference. The Little Cleo's hump-backed shape creates a distinctive wiggling motion that triggers strikes from species like trout, bass, walleye, and pike—proven confidence-builders whether you're working a stream, lake, or reservoir.
At 1/6 ounce, this spoon is light enough for ultralight tackle and sensitive conditions, yet dense enough to cast a respectable distance and maintain good control. The nickel plating reflects light effectively across a range of water clarity, making it a go-to choice when fish are responding to flash and subtle movement rather than bold colors.
If you fish streams and small waters where downsized offerings outperform heavier lures, or if you want a backup spoon that covers shallow-to-moderate depths without excessive weight, the Little Cleo 1/6oz Nickel fills that role with time-tested reliability. Keep a few in your tackle box—they're simple, effective, and versatile enough to earn their place on any freshwater angler's shelf.
