1791 Gunleather
The 1791 Gunleather PFC1BRWR is a purpose-built optic-ready holster for 1911 pistols, designed for shooters who've upgraded their carry gun with a modern red dot or reflex sight. This right-hand carry holster bridges the gap between classic 1911 ergonomics and contemporary optics mounting, letting you run the sights you want without sacrificing proven leather craftsmanship. Whether you're training for competition, setting up a duty-ready platform, or simply keeping pace with how defensive pistol has evolved, this holster accommodates your upgraded 1911 without compromise.
1791 Gunleather has built a loyal following among hunters, precision shooters, and everyday carriers who value American-made leather and honest construction. The PFC1BRWR maintains that reputation—it's engineered to work with optic-mounted 1911 variants while preserving the retention, fit, and aesthetics you expect from quality leather gear. Right-hand draw, brown leather finish.
If you've invested in an optics-cut 1911 slide or added a milled receiver, you know that off-the-shelf holsters often don't play well with your sight profile. This holster solves that problem, letting you carry and draw without binding or clearance issues. Solid choice for the working gun owner who refuses to compromise on either sight picture or leather quality.
Yes. The PFC1BRWR is specifically designed for 1911 pistols equipped with milled slides or red dot mounts, ensuring proper clearance and retention with your optic installed.
This is a right-hand draw holster. If you need left-hand carry, confirm availability of the left-hand model separately.
The holster is constructed from brown leather. Specific tannin, thickness, and finishing details are not provided—contact 1791 Gunleather directly for material specifications if needed.
Not reliably. Standard 1911 holsters are cut for unmilled slides and often interfere with mounted optics. The optic-ready design of the PFC1BRWR is engineered to clear reflex sights and milled receivers.
