The Zaffiri Precision ZPS.P RMR Cut Slide for Glock 17L Gen 3 is a precision-machined replacement slide built for shooters who want a modern optics-ready platform on their long-slide 9mm. This stripped slide comes finished in durable Armor Black Cerakote and is cut to accept RMR-footprint red dot sights—giving you the flexibility to mount common reflex optics without additional adapters. Whether you're building a competition rig, a duty-ready carry gun, or a precision range setup, this slide transforms your Gen 3 Glock 17L into a modern platform.

Zaffiri Precision engineered this slide with lightening cuts that shed weight without compromising structural integrity. Removing unnecessary material means faster sight tracking, reduced recoil impulse, and snappier handling—all while maintaining the proven strength you expect from a quality aftermarket Glock slide. The optics cut is clean and precise, designed for a rock-solid zero with minimal light leakage around your red dot.

This is a stripped slide, so you'll need to transfer or source a barrel, firing pin assembly, and internal parts from a complete donor gun or purchase them separately. It ships with an anodized optics plate cover and mounting screws, so you've got the basics to close up the cut if you run it without a sight or need to swap optics. It's a straightforward Gen 3 17L fit—if you've ever field-stripped a Glock, you know the platform.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this slide work with my Glock 17L Gen 3?

Yes. This slide is machined specifically for the Glock 17L Gen 3 platform and will fit your existing frame and fire control group.

What red dot sights are compatible with the RMR cut?

The slide is cut to accept RMR-footprint optics. We recommend checking with the optics manufacturer to confirm fit, but common RMR-compatible sights will mount directly to this cut.

Is this slide complete, or do I need other parts?

This is a stripped slide. You'll need to transfer or source a barrel, firing pin assembly, and internal parts from a complete gun or purchase them separately. It ships with an optics plate cover and screws to close the cut if you're not running a sight immediately.

What finish does the slide have?

The slide is finished in Armor Black Cerakote, a durable ceramic-based coating that resists wear and corrosion.
