XS Sights
The XS Sights Minimalist OR Mount for Glock 19 RMR is a complete sight and optic plate system designed for shooters running red dot optics on Glock MOS pistols. Instead of hunting down compatible components and doing the math on co-witness heights, this combo gives you everything in one box—an optic mounting plate and backup iron sights that work together right out of the package. If you're building a modern carry gun, competition rig, or duty setup with an RMR-footprint red dot, this eliminates the guesswork.
The mounting plate is precision CNC machined steel with BlackNitride finish for corrosion resistance, and it's engineered with an extra recoil lug to stabilize your optic and reduce stress on the mounting screws. The 30% additional thread engagement helps prevent optic shift under recoil—a real concern when your sight picture is your lifeline. Pair that with the low co-witness backup sights, and you get a functional sight picture through your optic window without obstruction, exactly the way your eyes expect to see it.
The backup sights themselves are low-profile, serrated steel units with a blacked-out rear to kill glare. The front sight is available with or without tritium, depending on whether you need glow-in-the-dark visibility for low-light work. Assembly is straightforward—the kit includes the optic plate, both front and rear sights, mounting screws, a torx bit, and threadlocker (blue and red) so you can install everything and know it'll stay put.
This plate is built for Glock MOS models with RMR footprint compatibility, including the 17, 19, 34, 45, 47, and 49. American-made and tough, it's the kind of hardware that rewards a proper installation with years of reliable service.

Yes. This mount is designed specifically for Glock MOS pistols with RMR footprint optics, and the Glock 19 MOS is fully compatible. The kit includes everything you need to mount it.
Co-witness refers to how your backup iron sights align with your red dot sight picture. Low co-witness means the backup sights sit low enough that they don't clutter your view through the optic, but they're still visible if you need them. This is ideal for shooters who want backup sights without distraction during normal shooting.
The kit includes the optic mounting plate, front and rear backup sights, mounting screws, a torx bit for assembly, blue threadlocker (for screws you may remove later), and red threadlocker (for permanent fasteners). You also get to choose whether your front sight has tritium or not.
The mount is designed to be a complete, ready-to-assemble system. The included torx bit and threadlocker are everything you need. If you're unfamiliar with optic mounting, a gunsmith can install it quickly, but the straightforward design makes DIY installation practical for most shooters.
