Williams Gun Sight
The Williams Gun Sight Marlin 336 adjustable peep rear sight brings classic, reliable iron sight performance to one of America's most popular lever-action rifles. If you're running your Marlin 336 without a scope or want a trusty backup to your optic setup, a quality peep sight keeps you hunting and shooting with confidence. This receiver-mounted sight installs using existing screw holes on top of the receiver, giving you a clean, proven aiming solution that's stood the test of time on thousands of hunting rifles.
Peep sights have earned their reputation in the field and at the range for good reason: they're fast to acquire targets, naturally center your eye for consistent sight picture, and require zero batteries or electronics. The Williams design takes advantage of the Marlin 336's receiver footprint, meaning installation is straightforward if you're handy with basic gunsmithing—or a trip to your local gunsmith. Because the sight mounts directly to the receiver rather than the barrel or forend, you get the kind of stability hunters and sport shooters have relied on for generations.
Whether you're working a timber stand for whitetail, taking your lever gun to an Appalachian shoot, or simply prefer iron sights for their simplicity and ruggedness, the Williams peep sight delivers a low-profile, functional upgrade that complements the Marlin 336's classic handling.

Yes—this sight is designed for the Marlin 336 and mounts to the receiver using the rifle's existing screw holes.
Yes, it's adjustable for windage and elevation so you can dial in your zero at your preferred distance and load.
Since the peep sight also mounts to the receiver, you would need to choose one or the other—both cannot occupy the same mounting location. Many shooters use a peep sight as a backup when running a scope, but they'd need to be on different mounting systems.
The product record doesn't specify installation requirements. We recommend checking the Williams documentation or consulting a gunsmith if you're unfamiliar with receiver-mounted sight installation.
