Wayne Carlton's Calls
The Wayne Carlton's Calls Mac Daddy Tube Elk Call in Advantage Max-1 HD is purpose-built for hunters who want authentic elk vocalizations without the learning curve. This tube-style elk call delivers convincing bugles and nasal cow calls right out of the box—whether you're a first-time elk hunter testing your setup in September or a seasoned bugler working a herd in tight timber. The Infinity Latex mouthpiece is the key to its reputation for ease of use and genuine sound reproduction.
What sets the Mac Daddy apart is its modularity. The removable baffle lets you dial down volume for close-range calling when a bull is already committed and you need to sound like a cow nearby rather than across the basin. The small removable grunt tube expands your vocabulary beyond bugles and cow calls, letting you throw in the vocalizations that trigger response. A four-loop lanyard keeps the call accessible on your pack or vest without fumbling through pockets.
The Advantage Max-1 HD camo pattern breaks up your outline in the field, and the package includes an instructional DVD to help you understand setup, technique, and when to deploy each call type. This is a complete system from one of elk hunting's most trusted call makers—no guesswork required.
Yes. Wayne Carlton's Calls designed this call specifically so that anyone—from first-time elk hunters to veterans—can make authentic bugles and cow calls right away. The Infinity Latex mouthpiece and removable baffle system handle much of the learning curve for you.
The Mac Daddy delivers bugles, nasal cow calls, and grunts. The small removable grunt tube lets you add additional vocalizations beyond the core bugle and cow sounds to match the situation you're working.
The baffle tones down the call's volume for close-range calling—ideal when a bull is already moving toward you and you need to sound like a nearby cow rather than one across the valley. Remove it when distance calling is your goal.
The Mac Daddy comes with the call itself in Advantage Max-1 HD camo, the Infinity Latex mouthpiece, removable baffle, small removable grunt tube, a four-loop lanyard, and an instructional DVD.
