The Warne Vapor 15MOA Picatinny Rail for Ruger American Rifles gives you a solid, affordable mounting platform purpose-built for extended-range shooting. This CNC-machined aluminum rail mounts directly to your Ruger American Rimfire receiver and comes pre-angled with 15 minutes of elevation correction built in—a practical feature that saves you adjustment time at the scope and gets you closer to zero right out of the box, especially useful for hunters working beyond typical rimfire distances.

Built from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished with mil-spec hardcoat anodizing, the Vapor rail stands up to the recoil and abuse that comes with serious field use. The tapered 6-48 T-15 Torx screws are self-centering, which means they hold alignment during installation and resist shifting under firing strings. The Picatinny profile accepts any standard Picatinny or Weaver-compatible rings, and it meets NATO-STANAG specifications for additional flexibility in your optics setup.

If you're running an optic on a Ruger American Rimfire and want a no-nonsense, precision-machined mounting solution without the premium price tag, this rail delivers reliable performance at a sensible cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this rail fit my Ruger American Rimfire?

Yes—this rail is designed specifically for Ruger American Rimfire rifles with a 6-48 screw receiver. Check your rifle's documentation to confirm receiver type before ordering.

What scopes and rings will work with this rail?

The Vapor rail accepts any Picatinny or Weaver-compatible scope rings. It also meets NATO-STANAG specifications, giving you broad compatibility with standard optics mounting hardware.

How much elevation adjustment does the 15MOA built-in angle provide?

The rail comes pre-angled with 15 minutes of elevation correction. This reduces the amount of upward adjustment you'll need at your scope turrets for longer-distance shooting and helps keep your adjustment range centered for maximum flexibility.

What kind of screws does it use?

The rail uses tapered 6-48 T-15 Torx screws that are self-centering, meaning they hold alignment during installation and resist movement under recoil.
