If you're mounting a scope on a Browning X-Bolt, the Warne Maxima 2-piece steel scope base delivers a rock-solid foundation with the proven simplicity of Weaver-style mounting. Built around a design that's become the industry standard for strength and flexibility, these bases give your rifle a clean, low-profile look while keeping your mounting system repeatable and rock-solid. Pair them with Warne Maxima QD rings and you get the bonus of keeping your iron sights usable if you ever need to remove the optic—a real advantage in the field.

The engineering here is straightforward and smart: full-width recoil slots in both bases ensure that the recoil control keys on Warne rings grab the maximum bearing surface, distributing recoil loads evenly and keeping zero shift to a minimum. That matters when you're hunting or running precision loads downrange. Installation is simple—Torx-style T-15 socket head screws are the only hardware involved, torqued to 25 in/lb. No guesswork, no stripped fasteners.

These aren't fancy or overengineered. They're a dependable Weaver-compatible base that fits the X-Bolt's receiver perfectly and won't complicate your setup. Whether you're building a new hunting rifle, upgrading an existing one, or swapping optics between guns, Warne's reputation for precision mounting means one less thing to worry about.
