The Walther Arms PDP Professional 9mm is a duty-grade striker-fired pistol built for shooters who demand optics-ready performance without compromise. This 4.5-inch full-size model comes factory-milled to mount the Aimpoint ACRO directly to the slide—a serious advantage if you're running a modern pistol setup for duty, competition, or home defense. Walther engineered the PDP Pro around what works: a clean trigger break, aggressive ergonomics, and the kind of reliability you need when it matters.

The Dynamic Performance Trigger is the heart of this gun. It's crisp, consistent, and designed to support rapid, accurate fire without sacrificing safety or control—whether you're drilling at the range or training for defensive scenarios. The aluminum magwell isn't cosmetic; it genuinely speeds up reloads and magazine changes, keeping your hands efficient during transitions. Three 18-round magazines come in the box, so you've got capacity and backup right out of the case.

Low-light work is covered by tritium three-dot night sights, which means you can pick up your sight picture in near-total darkness. At 27.5 ounces unloaded and 8 inches overall, the PDP Pro sits in that sweet spot between pointability and shootability—not a compact, not a full-size service gun, but a purpose-built middle ground. If you're in the market for a 9mm that's ready for an optic and built to shoot, this one earns a hard look.
