The Viridian Pinch 35° Open Mount RMR Adapter is a fast-transition offset mount built for shooters who run multiple optics on the same gun. If you're mounting a red dot on your rifle or pistol alongside a primary scope or sight, this adapter holds your secondary optic at a proven 35-degree offset angle — the angle that lets you pivot between targets and distances with the least head movement. Whether you're hunting, running drills at the range, or testing different configurations, the three adjustable mounting positions let you dial in exactly where your secondary sight sits relative to your primary glass, so it works with large-format and compact scopes alike.

Built from 6061 aluminum with hard-coat anodization, the Pinch mount handles the recoil and rough handling that comes with serious use. The RMR footprint means it's compatible with optics designed to that standard. The open-ring design keeps your sight picture unobstructed and gives you the flexibility to swap optics without buying a new mount. It's the kind of smart, straightforward accessory that earns its spot on a rifle that does real work.

Viridian built this for the shooter who doesn't want to compromise: keep your primary optic, add a fast second sight, and trust the engineering to keep both locked in zero. The 35-degree angle isn't a gimmick — it's the geometry that actually works in the field.

Frequently Asked Questions

What optics work with the Pinch RMR mount?

The Pinch adapter is designed for optics with an RMR footprint, which includes many modern red dots and reflex sights. Verify your optic's mounting footprint before purchase.

Can I adjust where the secondary optic sits relative to my primary scope?

Yes. The mount includes three adjustable positions that let you customize the distance and positioning of your secondary optic to work with different primary optic sizes and your personal preference.

Why use a 35-degree offset instead of a 45-degree or 90-degree mount?

The 35-degree angle is engineered to minimize head movement when transitioning between your primary and secondary optics, making it faster and more efficient than steeper offsets in most shooting scenarios.

What's the mount made from?

The Pinch is machined from 6061 aluminum and finished with hard-coat anodization, which provides corrosion resistance and durability for field use.
