The Vickers Tactical Steel Slide Stop for Glock Models 17-41 is a purpose-built replacement for shooters who demand reliable slide lock and release, especially when speed matters or conditions get tough. If you've wrestled with a stock slide stop during fast reloads, felt it lock back prematurely, or struggled to disengage it while wearing gloves, this extended slide stop addresses those real-world problems. Extensive prototyping and testing went into getting the geometry right—the VTSS shape is optimized to lock the slide positively and release cleanly under a variety of shooting grips and conditions.
Built from 4130 chrome moly steel and finished with a hard coat for durability, the VTSS is engineered to outlast the gun itself. Whether you're running a duty pistol, tacti-cool trainer, or competition gun, a quality slide stop that works when you need it is a no-brainer upgrade. This is the kind of small part that pays dividends in reliability and confidence on the range or in the field.
Please note: professional gunsmith installation is recommended. If you're not comfortable installing it yourself, have a qualified armorer do the work to ensure proper fit and function.
