Unity Tactical
The Unity Tactical Cold Weather Liner in black is a helmet insert designed to add warmth and weather protection without compromising fit or gear compatibility. If you run a helmet with communications equipment, night vision, or other mounted accessories, you know that bulky headwear underneath can shift the helmet, misalign your optics, and throw off your whole setup. This liner solves that problem by installing directly onto the Velcro pads already on your helmet shell, creating a thermal barrier with microfiber fleece while keeping the helmet's fit and geometry intact.
The dual-layer fleece construction covers the areas of your head and neck that take the most cold exposure—crown, sides, and lower helmet band—while the original helmet pads remain in direct contact with your head, maintaining the seal and stability your gear demands. Because the liner integrates into the existing pad system rather than sitting between your head and the shell, it adds insulation without causing pad displacement that would loosen your helmet or shift your NVG alignment or radio headset positioning. That's the difference between an accessory that works and one that creates new problems.
Built for shooters and operators who work in cold conditions and can't afford fit or security compromises, the Unity Tactical Cold Weather Liner is a straightforward, no-fuss addition to any helmet already equipped with Velcro retention. Install it in minutes, adjust your helmet as you normally would, and get back to the task at hand—warmer, more comfortable, and still dialed in.
The Unity Tactical Cold Weather Liner is designed to install on any helmet with existing Velcro pads. If your helmet has the standard Velcro retention system, this liner will attach directly without modification.
No. The liner integrates into the existing pad system rather than adding bulk between your head and the shell, so it does not displace the pads or shift the helmet. Your NVG alignment and communications gear fit remain stable and correct.
Unlike a standard beanie worn under the shell, the Cold Weather Liner installs on the Velcro pads themselves and creates minimal or no additional displacement. Your helmet rides as designed, with proper coverage and seal maintained.
