Underwood Ammo
Underwood Ammo 843 Xtreme Defense .45 ACP ammunition pairs solid monolithic copper construction with purpose-built ballistics for self-defense and hunting applications. Each 135-grain projectile leaves the muzzle at 1,240 fps, delivering 464 foot-pounds of energy downrange—enough to be effective without over-relying on velocity alone. The solid copper design eliminates lead entirely, making these rounds safer to handle and shoot regularly, especially indoors or in enclosed ranges. Nickel-plated brass cases ensure reliable feeding and extraction while remaining reloadable for shooters who handload their own ammunition.
Built with suppressors in mind, the 843 runs subsonic in standard .45 ACP pistols—a practical edge for shooting suppressed setups without sacrificing reliability or power. The monolithic construction provides consistent expansion and penetration characteristics valued in defensive loads, while the non-corrosive, boxer-primed brass won't eat up your brass tumbler or frustrate reloaders. Whether you're stocking up for serious range time, home defense, or hunting medium game, Underwood's production standards keep your ammunition shooting true box after box.
This is ammunition for shooters who demand better than generic surplus rounds—handloaded to precision standards, not just bulk-packed and forgotten. Comes 20 rounds per box; case quantities available for serious stockpilers and range regulars.
