Uncle Mikes
If you carry a Springfield XD or XD Compact and prefer outside-the-waistband (OWB) carry, the Uncle Mike's CCW Holster offers a straightforward, reliable solution for left-handed shooters. Built from Boltaron—a durable polymer engineered for everyday carry—this holster strikes a practical balance between secure retention and quick draw accessibility. The belt loop attachment keeps the holster stable and positioned consistently, making it a no-nonsense choice for concealed or open carry depending on your cover garment and setup.
Uncle Mike's has built a reputation by keeping holsters simple and functional without premium pricing. This CCW model follows that formula: it's not loaded with tactical features, but it does what it's designed to do. The Boltaron construction resists UV fade, moisture, and temperature swings better than leather, and it requires minimal maintenance—a practical consideration if you're rotating this holster regularly or carrying in variable conditions.
The left-hand configuration is purpose-built for southpaw carriers; this isn't a universal holster that works for both hands. That specificity ensures proper ergonomics and draw stroke for your dominant side. If you're a Springfield XD shooter working with a modest budget and want a proven, durable OWB holster that handles daily carry without fuss, this Uncle Mike's design deserves a look.

Boltaron is a durable polymer material that resists UV damage, moisture, and temperature changes. Unlike leather, it requires minimal maintenance and is well-suited to variable conditions and frequent carry.
