U.S. Optics
The U.S. Optics Anti-Cant Device for Picatinny & Weaver bases is a swivel bubble level built to keep your rifle scope perfectly vertical shot after shot. Canting—tilting your scope sideways—throws off both windage and elevation, especially at distance. This tool mounts directly to any Picatinny rail on your receiver or handguard, giving you a quick visual reference to catch and correct cant before you press the trigger. Whether you're setting up a precision long-range rig, dialing in at the range, or hunting from an awkward position in the field, an anti-cant device is insurance against a miss that has nothing to do with your shooting.
Built from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished with Type III hard anodizing, the U.S. Optics ACD is lightweight and durable enough for hard use. The swivel design keeps the bubble level accessible without blocking your sight picture or adding bulk. A threaded vial cover protects the level during transport and storage, and unscrews to become a cap saver on the opposite end—a small touch that shows U.S. Optics thinks about how you actually use gear in the field.
Setup is straightforward: secure it to your Picatinny rail with the mounting hardware, level your rifle, and you've eliminated one variable from your shooting equation. It works with any rail-mounted scope setup, from hunting rifles to tactical carbines to precision target guns.
| Material | 6061-T6 Aluminum |
| Finish | Type III Hard Anodized, Matte Black |
| Rail Compatibility | Picatinny (MIL-STD-1913) and Weaver |
| Design | Swivel Anti-Cant Device with vial cover |
Yes. The U.S. Optics ACD mounts to any standard Picatinny or Weaver rail, which are found on virtually all modern rifles, including AR-platforms, bolt-action precision rifles, and tactical carbines.
The swivel design allows the bubble level to rotate and remain visible from your shooting position without blocking your scope or view. You can orient it to suit your setup and shooting angle.
The U.S. Optics ACD comes with a threaded vial cover for protection and storage. The cover can be unscrewed and attached to the opposite end as a cap saver to prevent loss during use in the field.
Absolutely. The anti-cant device helps eliminate cant error in any shooting situation—field hunting, range work, or tactical applications. Once installed, it requires no adjustment and adds minimal weight.
