Tyrant Cnc
The Tyrant P365 Takedown Lever in Black is a precision-engineered replacement component built for SIG SAUER P365 shooters who want a more reliable, durable takedown lever than factory standard. Made from 17-4 stainless steel via metal injection molding, this lever combines material strength with thoughtful design to handle daily use, regular maintenance cycles, and demanding range sessions without wearing smooth or losing grip traction.
Tyrant CNC's approach starts with material science: 17-4 stainless delivers high strength and inherent corrosion resistance. The lever then receives a bead-blasted matte finish to eliminate surface imperfections, followed by a PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating that adds an extra barrier against wear, oxidation, and corrosion. The result is a component engineered to outlast and outperform the OEM lever under real-world conditions.
Design refinement sets this lever apart. Extended surface area and aggressive serrations ensure positive, secure grip even in wet conditions or high-stress scenarios. The lever is engineered to work seamlessly with all SIG P365 variants—original P365, P365 XL, P365 X-MACRO, and California-compliant models. Compatibility with OEM slide releases is confirmed; pairing with Tyrant's own Extended Slide Release unlocks optimized performance across both components.
If you shoot a P365 regularly and want to upgrade a component that actually matters to handling and maintenance, this takedown lever is a straightforward, quality-focused choice from a manufacturer known for precision CNC work.
| Brand | Tyrant CNC |
| Platform | SIG SAUER |
| Firearm Models | P365, P365 XL, P365 X-MACRO, P365 Tac Ops, California-compliant P365 versions |
| Material | 17-4 Stainless Steel |
| Finish | Matte Black (PVD-coated) |
| Fitment Notes | P365 Tac Ops compatible when combined with OEM or Tyrant Slide Release |
Yes. This lever is engineered to fit all SIG P365 variants, including the original P365, P365 XL, P365 X-MACRO, and California-compliant models. For the P365 Tac Ops, use it with either an OEM or Tyrant Slide Release.
Yes. The lever is fully compatible with factory OEM slide releases. Tyrant also manufactures an Extended Slide Release that pairs with this lever for optimized performance across both components.
The lever features a matte black finish applied via PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating over the 17-4 stainless steel body. PVD adds a protective layer against wear, oxidation, and corrosion, extending the component's service life beyond the base stainless steel alone.
The stock P365 takedown lever is functional but basic. The Tyrant version improves grip security with extended surface area and serrations, applies superior corrosion-resistant coatings, and is built from higher-specification material. For shooters who maintain their firearms regularly or shoot in wet or demanding conditions, the upgrade delivers noticeably better handling and durability.
