The True Precision 9mm barrel for the Sig P365 puts genuine American manufacturing behind one of the most popular compact carry pistols on the market. This 3.10-inch 416R stainless steel replacement barrel is built from the ground up by True Precision in Georgia, engineered with the same uncompromising standards the company applies to all its defense-focused components. If you're running a P365 and want a domestic alternative to OEM, or you're refreshing your carry gun with parts made by Americans in America, this is the kind of upgrade that actually matters.

True Precision's design philosophy centers on performance and practicality—no marketing fluff, just solid engineering. The barrel features added chamfering for improved fit over factory spec, which translates to tighter tolerances and more consistent lockup in your P365. Since it's 416R stainless, you get corrosion resistance and durability without sacrificing the practical weight and dimensions the P365 is known for. Whether you're carrying for personal defense or running the gun at the range, a quality barrel swap can sharpen reliability and accuracy.

Every True Precision barrel is designed and machined domestically, in partnership with American suppliers. That means you know where it comes from and who stands behind it—no overseas middlemen, no guessing about material or QC. For P365 owners who care about the source and quality of their carry components, this barrel represents a meaningful upgrade path.
