The True Precision 9MM Black DLC Threaded Barrel for Sig P365 transforms one of the most popular compact carry pistols into a seriously accurate shooter. This match-grade replacement barrel is precision-engineered to unlock the P365's accuracy potential while adding the versatility of a threaded muzzle for suppressors or compensators. If you're running a P365 for self-defense, competition, or range work, upgrading to a match-grade barrel is one of the highest-return modifications you can make.

Built from certified U.S.-sourced 416R stainless steel, this barrel is machined to exacting standards and features precisely broach-cut 6-groove rifling designed for consistency and reliability. The 1-10" twist rate stabilizes a wide range of 9mm Luger bullet weights, and the barrel is safe for economical cast lead ammunition—a real plus if you shoot a lot. The high-polish SAAMI-spec chamber and polished feed ramp ensure smooth feeding and optimal accuracy. Heat-hardened to Rc 42-44, this barrel is built to last thousands of rounds without degradation. Drop-in installation means no gunsmithing required; simply swap it in and go.

The Black DLC finish delivers a professional look while offering excellent corrosion resistance—ideal for everyday carry or duty use. Shallow flutes on the exterior provide visual appeal without compromising strength. Your barrel ships with a protective muzzle cap fitted with a Viton heat-resistant O-ring, ready to protect your threads when you're not running a suppressor or comp.
