The True Precision Hellcat Pro Barrel is a precision 9mm drop-in replacement barrel designed specifically for the Springfield Armory Hellcat Pro 3.7" pistol. If you're running a standard 3.1" Hellcat, this barrel won't fit—it's engineered exclusively for the Pro model. Built from 416R stainless steel sourced and manufactured entirely in the USA, this barrel pairs purpose-built engineering with domestic craftsmanship to give your compact 9mm a real accuracy upgrade path.

What sets this barrel apart is True Precision's proprietary broach cut design and 6-groove rifling pattern. That rifling geometry was specifically engineered to handle any ammunition you feed it—factory rounds, reloads, and cast lead—without compromise. The 1/10 right-hand twist and SAAMI-spec chamber mean you get consistent performance across the full spectrum of 9mm loads. Installation is straightforward: it's a drop-in design, so no gunsmithing required. If you choose the threaded version, it's already notched to accept the Hellcat RDP Comp and plays well with most mini and micro comps in 1/2x28 configuration. A thread protector with tension lock o-ring comes included.

Fit matters in a compact pistol, and True Precision engineered this barrel with added chamfers and improved radius cuts to deliver tighter tolerances than the factory part. You'll notice the difference when you rack the slide. The barrel ships in a black finish and comes backed by a lifetime performance warranty on function, so you can install it with confidence.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this barrel fit my standard Hellcat?

No. The True Precision Hellcat Pro Barrel is designed exclusively for the Hellcat Pro 3.7" model. It will not work with the standard 3.1" Hellcat. Make sure you have the Pro variant before ordering.

Can I use this barrel with a suppressor or compensator?

The threaded version comes with 1/2x28 threading and is specifically notched to work with the Hellcat RDP Comp. It's also compatible with most aftermarket mini and micro compensators in the same thread pitch. The unthreaded version does not accept comps.

What ammunition can I safely shoot through this barrel?

The 6-groove proprietary broach cut design is engineered to safely handle all 9mm ammunition types: factory ammunition, reloads, and cast lead rounds. You're not limited to jacketed rounds.

Is this a straightforward drop-in replacement?

Yes. True Precision engineered this as a drop-in barrel, so installation requires no gunsmithing or special tools. Simply remove your factory barrel and install the new one—it's that simple.
