The Troy Industries M4-style front flip-up battle sight with tritium is a no-nonsense AR-15 front sight built for shooters who need their iron sights to work when it matters most. Unlike passive front sights that fade in low light, Troy's tritium-illuminated front post glows continuously without batteries or electricity — a genuine advantage in twilight, dawn hunts, or indoor ranges where ambient light drops. The front post sits centered between two tritium reference points, giving you a clear sight picture for rapid target acquisition and accurate shooting under any lighting condition.

Installation is straightforward: no tools required, and the sight deploys without levers or springs to fuss with. The stainless-steel cross-locking system keeps the sight locked in position and zeroed solid, even under hard use or recoil. Because it's a flip-up design, you can fold it flat when you're running an optic as your primary sight, then flip it up instantly if your scope fails or you need a backup. The aluminum construction keeps weight minimal while the robust locking mechanism ensures your zero holds shift after shift at the range or in the field.

Troy's BattleSights are trusted by users who demand reliability in demanding conditions — operators, tactical shooters, and serious AR-15 owners who won't compromise on sight durability or performance. This front sight is designed to be moved or removed without permanent modification to your receiver, giving you flexibility to upgrade or swap configurations as your setup evolves.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this front sight work with my AR-15 if I'm already running a scope or red dot?

Yes. The flip-up design lets you fold the sight flat when your primary optic is in use, then flip it up instantly as a backup if your scope fails or you need iron sights. It doesn't interfere with mounted optics.

Does the tritium glow require batteries?

No. Tritium emits light continuously on its own without batteries or electricity. It will glow in low light, dawn, dusk, and indoors without any power source.

How do I adjust this sight?

No tools are required for adjustment. The sight is designed for tool-free operation and deployment.

Can I remove this sight without damaging my rifle?

Yes. The sight can be moved or removed without permanent modification to your AR-15 receiver, so you can swap or upgrade it as needed.
