The Trijicon RMR 45 Degree Offset Picatinny Rail Adapter is a purpose-built solution for shooters who want the precision of a magnified scope paired with the speed and situational awareness of a red dot sight. This matte black aluminum adapter mounts to any picatinny rail and angles a secondary red dot mounting surface at 45 degrees, letting you transition between optics with a simple firearm rotation rather than awkward head movement or eye repositioning. It's the tactical thinker's answer to close-quarters engagement when your primary glass is zeroed for distance.

The real genius here is the low-profile design. Unlike some offset mounts that demand you remove your primary scope or rings, this adapter sits flat enough to fit underneath a riflescope—think Trijicon AccuPoint or similar mounted optics—or position your red dot forward or behind an ACOG or VCOG without interference. You get redundancy and speed without the weight and bulk of a dual-optic system that interferes with itself. The ambidextrous design means it works equally well for right- or left-handed shooters, and the aluminum construction keeps it light without sacrificing durability.

Keep in mind: this is the rail adapter only. If you're running an RMR or SRO, you'll also need the RM33 Low Mount to complete the setup. It's a straightforward pairing once you understand the two-piece architecture, and it keeps you from paying for a mount that's heavier or taller than you actually need.
