Trijicon
The Trijicon ACOG 3x24 Low HS/DOT AK optic scope is a 3-power magnified sight built specifically for 7.62x39 caliber rifles, particularly AK-pattern platforms. This isn't a generic optic rebadged for different rifles—it's engineered from the ground up with the AK shooter in mind. The fixed 3x magnification and 24mm objective balance light gathering, field of view, and shooter speed, making it effective for the engagement distances where AK rifles naturally excel. The horseshoe/dot reticle with Bindon Aiming Concept (BAC) lets you shoot with both eyes open, preserving your situational awareness while improving target acquisition.
Trijicon's reputation in professional and military contexts didn't come from marketing—it came from thousands of units deployed in the field and proven under conditions that matter. The rugged forged aluminum-alloy housing absorbs shock without surrendering zero, and the optic is designed to function reliably across the full spectrum of lighting: bright sunlight, overcast skies, low-light scenarios. The horseshoe/dot design accommodates shooters who prefer a traditional reticle or those comfortable with a smaller center dot.
If you're running an AK variant and want an optic that handles medium-distance work without the complexity of variable magnification or the bulk of higher power glass, this ACOG delivers the durability and performance you need in a combat-proven platform.
Yes. The 3x24 Low HS/DOT is specifically configured for 7.62x39 caliber rifles, particularly AK-pattern platforms. The reticle, magnification, and optical design reflect that application.
BAC allows you to shoot with both eyes open while maintaining sight picture. Your dominant eye looks through the scope and sees the reticle; your non-dominant eye stays open and aware of your surroundings. This improves situational awareness and target acquisition speed compared to closing one eye.
The housing is forged aluminum-alloy and shock-resistant, designed to withstand the impact and wear typical of field use. Trijicon has built more than one million ACOG units, many of which have seen professional and military deployment.
