Trijicon
The Trijicon AccuPoint 1-6x24 30mm rifle scope pairs low-power variable magnification with fiber-optic and tritium illumination, making it equally at home on a fast-handling hunting rifle or a precision defensive build. Unlike scopes that depend on batteries to stay functional, the AccuPoint's dual-source illumination system is always ready—no electronics to manage, no dead battery surprises in the field. The 1-6x magnification range keeps both eyes open for close-quarters speed while delivering enough power to make good shots at distance, and the green triangle post reticle is located in the second focal plane for consistent holdover values across the magnification range.
Build quality here is legitimately military-spec. The 30mm tube is fully multi-coated for edge-to-edge clarity and zero distortion, and the matte finish hides reflections without adding bulk or complexity. Windage and elevation adjusters are exposed (no turret covers to lose), crisp, and tool-free; they're designed to resist accidental shift during hard use. The repositionable magnification lever and easy-focus eyepiece diopter let you dial in a sharp sight picture and move the power ring to whatever position works with your shooting position and rifle setup. User-selectable LED brightness settings let you dial illumination up or down, with an "off" position between each setting so you can optimize for bright sun, dawn, dusk, or low-light hunting.
This is a scope that earns trust through reliability rather than hype. It doesn't need a power source to stay illuminated, it won't betray you in transitional light, and it's proven across dozens of real-world hunting and tactical roles. If you run hard-use rifles and want optics that match that pace, the AccuPoint is worth the investment.
| Magnification | 1-6x |
| Objective Lens Diameter | 24mm |
| Tube Diameter | 30mm |
| Reticle Type | Green Triangle Post (Second Focal Plane) |
| Illumination | Fiber optics and tritium (battery-free) |
| Finish | Matte |
| Lens Coating | Fully multi-coated broadband anti-reflective |
The AccuPoint uses fiber optics and tritium to self-illuminate the reticle without requiring batteries. The tritium component provides a faint glow in darkness, while the fiber-optic element brightens in ambient light. The scope also includes a user-selectable LED that adds brightness when needed; you can toggle it on and off, or leave it off entirely and rely on the passive illumination. This dual approach ensures you always have a visible aiming point without depending on battery power or charging.
Yes. The 1x setting enables fast target acquisition and both-eyes-open shooting at close range, making it effective for hunting in timber or defensive scenarios that require speed. The 6x magnification extends your effective range for longer-distance shots. This balance makes the 1-6x range versatile across hunting, sport shooting, and tactical applications where you need flexibility between close and mid-range engagements.
A second focal plane reticle is positioned behind the magnification system, so it grows and shrinks as you change magnification. This means the holdover values printed on the reticle (if any) are only accurate at a specific magnification setting. The AccuPoint's green triangle post design is optimized for consistent aiming across the magnification range, giving you a reliable reference point whether you're at 1x or 6x.
Yes. The AccuPoint's windage and elevation adjusters are exposed and designed for tool-free dialing. They're crisp and precise, and the design resists accidental shift so your zero stays put during use.
