Triggertech
The TriggerTech Diamond two-stage trigger for Remington 700 clones brings precision competition-grade performance to your bolt-action platform. If you're running a Remington 700 clone action and want to transform your trigger experience without replacing the entire rifle, this is a serious upgrade that balances safety innovation with the predictable, repeatable breaks that precision shooters demand. The Diamond's two-stage design uses hardened 440C stainless steel components engineered with TriggerTech's Frictionless Release Technology — meaning no wear surfaces, no creep drift over thousands of rounds, and a consistent pull every single time you press the trigger.
What sets the Diamond apart is its obsessive approach to safety. The trigger incorporates four independent safety mechanisms: a Trigger Blocker that locks the trigger completely while the safety is engaged, a Sear Blocker that prevents sear movement on safe, a First-Stage Lockout that gives you immediate tactile confirmation the safety is on, and a final Ticker Block that prevents ignition even during the pull until the first stage clears. This layered design makes it one of the most drop-safe two-stage triggers available, giving you confidence whether you're on the bench, in the field, or at a match. Both stages are externally adjustable via set screw, so you can dial in exactly the feel you want. First-stage pull weight runs 4–20 ounces; second stage adjusts 4–24 ounces (actual weights are influenced by your firing-pin spring spec).
Note: This is the clone-action version, designed for Remington 700 aftermarket actions that don't incorporate a bolt-release feature. If you're upgrading a factory Remington 700 rifle, make sure you're ordering the correct model for your platform. The black anodize finish resists corrosion and blends cleanly with modern rifle builds.

Yes. Both the first stage and second stage are adjustable via external set screw, allowing you to customize your pull weight and break characteristics. First stage is adjustable 4–20 ounces; second stage runs 4–24 ounces.
The internal components are hardened 440C stainless steel with no wear surfaces, which eliminates friction and creep. This means your trigger break remains consistent over thousands of shots — no drift, no gradual change in feel over time.
Your firing-pin spring weight directly impacts the actual pull weight you experience. The adjustable range given (4–20 ounces for the first stage, 4–24 for the second) represents the capability of the trigger itself, but your specific spring will influence where you land within that range.
