Tenzing
The Tenzing BV16 Bird Vest is a hybrid upland hunting vest designed to deliver the storage and support of a pack without the bulk of traditional vests. Built for hunters who demand comfort and mobility in the field, this vest-pack crossover bridges the gap between lightweight gear and serious load-carrying capacity. Available in XL/XXL and brown/orange colorways, the BV16 serves upland bird hunters—from pheasant and quail runners to open-country grouse hunters—who need quick access to ammo and gear without sacrificing freedom of movement.
Where conventional bird vests leave you fumbling or constrained, the BV16 rethinks the formula. The design prioritizes comfort and fit across different body types, making it equally at home on a guy with a lean frame or a hunter built for endurance. The 14 shot shell loops keep your rounds within easy reach, while two load-lifter straps keep the weight anchored high and tight to your body, preventing the drift and sag that plague poorly balanced vests. The Robic rip-stop fabric reinforces stress points—the areas that take real abuse in the field—without adding unnecessary heft to the whole package.
Water-compatible construction means you won't be sidelined by morning dew or unexpected weather, and the whole rig is built to take the punishment of bramble-filled cover and rocky terrain. If you've outgrown a traditional vest or found that standard designs don't match your body or hunting style, the BV16 offers a smarter alternative that earned recognition in the field for good reason.
