TekMat
A cleaning mat designed specifically for AR-15 maintenance, the Tek Mat long gun cleaning mat combines practical bench protection with a detailed parts reference diagram printed right on the work surface. Whether you're doing routine field cleaning or a complete disassembly, this mat keeps your rifle's finish safe while you work and protects your bench or table from oils, solvents, and debris. The OD green color fits naturally into any shooter's workspace and won't show wear as quickly as lighter options.
The mat's soft polyester top surface is gentle on your rifle's metal and furniture, eliminating the worry of accidental dings or scratches during reassembly. Underneath, a non-slip neoprene rubber backing grips your work surface and keeps the mat exactly where you put it—no sliding around mid-cleaning. The combination of materials also means spilled bore cleaner, gun oil, or hoppes won't seep through to stain or damage your workbench.
Maintenance is straightforward: a quick rinse with warm water and mild dish soap removes fouling, oil, and carbon buildup. The mat rolls up compactly for range trips or stays permanently stationed at your reloading bench, cleaning table, or workshop. For AR-15 owners who shoot regularly and prefer to handle their own maintenance, this mat eliminates one recurring frustration—finding a surface where you can lay out parts safely without worry.

| Product Type | Long Gun Cleaning Mat |
| Firearm Application | AR-15 |
| Color | OD Green |
| Top Material | Polyester |

This mat is designed with an AR-15 exploded diagram, so it's most useful if you shoot and maintain an AR platform. If you're cleaning other long guns, you'll still benefit from the protective surface and non-slip backing, but you won't have the parts reference diagram specific to those firearms.
Yes. The durable polyester and neoprene construction holds up to field use, and the non-slip backing will grip most surfaces. You can roll it up and throw it in a range bag for portable bench protection.
Warm water and mild detergent are all you need. Rinse away gun oil, fouling, and cleaner residue, then hang or lay it flat to dry.
