The Team Nexbelt Operating EDC Supreme 1.5" Thin Bar Belt in Black is a ratchet belt built specifically for everyday carry, appendix carry, and tactical use. Unlike traditional belts with fixed holes, this micro-adjustable EDC belt lets you dial in the exact fit you need—no gaps, no bunching—so your holster and rig stay exactly where you want them. The 1.5-inch width works for most carry styles, and the compact buckle design keeps it low-profile whether you're carrying appendix, hip OWB, or IWB.

The buckle itself is granite black powder-coated stainless steel with three set screws (no pins) for rock-solid reliability. That new push-button trigger release is fast and confident—you get quick access without sacrificing security when you're moving through your day. The real innovation is the flexible design; it moves with your body during appendix carry, which cuts down on the jabbing and discomfort common to rigid carry belts while still maintaining total retention of your firearm or everyday tools.

The strap is made from high-density microfiber nylon—a composite of ultra-fine polyester fibers engineered to stay stiff enough for secure holstering yet comfortable enough for all-day wear. The sweat-resistant backing keeps it performing whether you're at the range, in the field, or just carrying through your day. At 3/16-inch thick and 1.5 inches wide, it's substantial without being clunky. The belt adjusts up to a 50-inch waist and works equally well as a work belt or duty belt. If you've ever fought with a standard leather belt during appendix carry, this ratchet system will change how you think about EDC gear.
