TALON Grips Inc
The Talon Grips EV05R adhesive grip is a textured black rubber grip solution designed for the S&W Shield M2.0 compact carry pistol. If you shoot a Shield regularly—whether for daily carry, range practice, or defensive training—you know that a secure, confident grip matters more than almost any other factor in shot control and speed. This self-adhesive grip system adds tactile texture to your frame's slide areas without permanent modification, giving you better purchase in any condition while keeping your carry gun looking stock-standard.
The EV05R uses a durable adhesive backing that bonds directly to your Shield's grip frame. The textured rubber surface—aggressive enough to manage recoil and wet-hand slips, subtle enough not to snag on clothing or holster—transforms how the gun feels in your hand without bulk or weight penalty. For shooters moving from larger duty-size pistols to the Shield's compact footprint, or anyone who's struggled with a sweaty grip on a humid range day, this is a practical upgrade that costs less than a box of ammo.
Installation is straightforward: clean the frame thoroughly, apply the adhesive grip pieces to the designated areas, press firmly, and let cure per Talon's instructions. Once set, the grip is durable enough for thousands of dry-fire reps and live rounds. The black rubber blends seamlessly with the Shield's polymer frame and doesn't interfere with standard Shield holsters or mag pouches.

Yes—the EV05R is designed specifically for the S&W Shield M2.0 frame. Verify your Shield model before ordering if you own an older original Shield or a different Smith & Wesson platform.
The thin profile of the EV05R is designed to work with standard Shield holsters and mag carriers without interference. If you use custom or form-fit gear, test the fit before carrying to confirm clearance.
Clean the Shield frame thoroughly with rubbing alcohol, let it dry completely, then apply the adhesive grip pieces to the designated areas on the frame, press firmly, and allow full cure time per Talon's included instructions before firing.
The adhesive is permanent once fully cured. Plan carefully before application. If you need to remove it later, contact Talon Grips for specific removal guidance.
