Talley Manufacturing
The Talley Picatinny 2 Piece Base for Remington Model 700 is a straightforward mounting solution for hunters and shooters building a scoped rifle setup. If you're running a Remington 700 and need a solid foundation for optics, this two-piece base delivers the direct mounting path from receiver to scope rings. Talley is known for precision-machined bases that hold zero, and this one uses a Picatinny rail design—the modern standard that works with any rail-compatible rings and accessories you choose.
Two-piece bases let you remove your scope and rings without losing your zero, since each piece mounts independently to the receiver. The black anodized aluminum finish resists corrosion and fits the aesthetic of most modern rifle setups. This is a no-frills, utilitarian part that focuses on doing one thing well: creating a repeatable platform between your 700 and your glass.
Whether you're setting up a hunting rifle, a range gun, or a tactical build, the Remington 700 platform is one of the most common receivers in the field, and a quality base is foundational to accuracy. Talley's manufacturing reputation means you're getting a product engineered to maintain zero shot after shot, season after season.
