Talley Manufacturing
The Talley Lightweight 2-Piece Scope Mount with Integral 1" Rings is engineered for hunters and shooters running a Remington Model 700 who want a rock-solid optic platform without the weight penalty. Built from 7000 series aluminum alloy and precision CNC machined, this low-profile mount integrates the rings directly into the base, eliminating the separate ring-to-base joint that's a weak point in traditional two-piece designs. That means no possibility of misalignment between components, no creep, and no loose connections—just one rigid assembly from rifle to scope.
Talley's integral ring design delivers the strength of steel mounts at a fraction of the weight, a genuine advantage if you're glassing ridges all day or packing a rifle into remote country. The black anodized finish resists corrosion and blends seamlessly with tactical and hunting builds. Precision machining means the rings hold your optic true, run after run and season after season, so you can trust your zero on the hunt or at the range.
If your Model 700 is wearing a 1" tube scope and you're tired of wondering whether your rings are holding it square, this mount cuts through that worry. It's a straightforward, no-frills solution from a manufacturer known for taking the guesswork out of scope mounting.
| Mount Type | 2-Piece Base with Integral Rings |
| Ring Size | 1" |
| Material | 7000 Series Aluminum Alloy |
| Finish | Black Anodized |
| Profile | Low |
| Platform | Remington Model 700 |
Yes—this Talley mount is designed specifically for the Remington Model 700 platform and includes the base and integral rings ready to install on that rifle.
The integral rings are sized for 1" scope tubes, the most common diameter for hunting and field optics.
The Talley Lightweight comes as a complete 2-piece mount with integral 1" rings—base and rings as a unified system ready for installation on your Model 700.
Because the rings are machined as part of the base rather than bolted on separately, there's no separate interface where misalignment or looseness can occur. The rigid, unitized construction holds your scope aligned and secure without the variables of traditional two-piece ring-and-base systems.
