TacFire
The Tacfire 9mm 7" pistol build kit is a practical choice for builders who already own a lower receiver and want to complete an AR-15 pistol without sourcing components individually. This unassembled kit packages the upper receiver assembly, lower parts kit, and pistol buffer tube kit in one box—everything you need to mate to your existing lower and get a functioning 9mm pistol-caliber AR up and running. It's ideal for shooters who want hands-on control over their build process without the complexity of hunting down compatible pieces from multiple vendors.
Building your own AR gives you familiarity with how the platform works and the satisfaction of knowing every part of your gun. The Tacfire kit simplifies that entry point by bundling the key subassemblies together. Whether you're a first-time builder or returning to the bench, having a coordinated kit eliminates guesswork about part compatibility and reduces the number of separate transactions you'll need to complete.
Assembly requires basic tools and some mechanical patience, but the process is straightforward if you follow a reliable build guide (plenty available online). Take your time, and you'll end up with a 9mm AR pistol that's entirely your own work—and ready for the range or field.
You will need to provide your own lower receiver. The kit includes the upper assembly, lower parts, and buffer tube—everything else required to finish the pistol.
This kit is built for a 9mm AR-15 pistol configuration. Verify that your lower receiver is designed to accept a 9mm upper before ordering.
Assembly requires basic gunsmithing tools and mechanical familiarity. Detailed build guides are widely available online and can walk you through the process step by step.
The components in this kit are not pre-assembled. You will need to assemble the upper, install the lower parts kit, and attach the buffer tube to your lower receiver to complete the pistol.
