Surefire
The Surefire Replacement Rear Cap Assembly for M6XX ScoutLight Series with SR07 Rail Mount Switch gives you versatile remote control over your Scout Light weapon light from wherever your support hand lands. If you're running a Scout Light on your rifle or carbine and want to add a pressure-pad switch option without replacing the entire light, this rear cap assembly swaps in to give you both momentary and constant-on switching through an integrated rail-mounted control.
The SR07 rail mount switch features a pressure pad for intuitive momentary activation and a click switch for sustained on/off control—both mounted in a durable, over-molded housing that clamps to any MIL-STD-1913 (Picatinny) rail. This keeps your firing hand exactly where it needs to be while your thumb or finger manages light activation from the rail itself. The system also includes a disable feature, so you can lock out accidental activation during transport or storage.
Compatibility matters: this assembly works with most Scout Light weapon lights, though it excludes the Micro Scout Light Pro. If you already own an M6XX ScoutLight and want the flexibility of remote switching without buying a new light head, this is the upgrade path. Installation is straightforward—it's a direct swap-in for the standard rear cap on compatible models.
This assembly is compatible with most Scout Light weapon lights in the M6XX ScoutLight series. The exception is the Micro Scout Light Pro, which is not compatible. Check your light's model number to confirm compatibility before ordering.
The SR07 integrates both a pressure pad for momentary activation and a click switch for constant-on control. The pressure pad snaps onto any MIL-STD-1913 (Picatinny) rail on your handguard or foregrip, letting you control the light with your support hand without moving your grip.
You get the rear cap assembly itself with the integrated SR07 rail mount switch. Installation requires removing your light's existing rear cap and installing this assembly in its place.
Yes. The system includes a disable feature that lets you lock out the switch to prevent accidental activation during transport or storage.
