The SureFire Pen III in black is a dual-purpose tactical writing instrument built for professionals, field operators, and anyone who values gear that works as hard as they do. Machined from aerospace-grade aluminum and finished with Mil-Spec hard-anodized coating, this 5.80-inch pen delivers reliable everyday writing performance while offering a solid, well-weighted tool you can count on in tight situations. It's the kind of EDC item that sits in your pocket looking like professional equipment—because it is—but brings genuine tactical capability if you ever need it.

The build quality reflects SureFire's reputation for durability. Stainless steel components—including the pocket clip, nose cone, and retractor button—won't corrode or degrade, and the hard-anodized aluminum body resists dings and wear from regular carry. An imported Schmidt easyFLOW 9000 ballpoint cartridge means your writing stays smooth and dependable, day in and day out. The black finish is classic, subdued, and works in any professional environment, from desk to field.

This isn't a gimmick pen marketed on intimidation. It's a genuinely tough writing instrument with a secondary tactical edge—the kind of tool that belongs in a professional's pocket or a shooter's bag. Whether you're taking range notes, filling out hunt logs, or just carrying something built to last, the Pen III earns its place in your gear rotation.
