The Midwest Industries Suppressor Handguard for HK MP5 is a one-piece aluminum rail system engineered specifically for MP5 shooters running a suppressor or blast diverter. If you're running a suppressed MP5, MP5K, or compatible clone (Century AP5/K, Zenith ZF5/K, MAC 5/K), this M-LOK handguard replaces the factory forend with a lightweight, rigid platform that accommodates your can without clearance issues. At just 7.5 ounces and measuring 7-3/8 inches long, it keeps your gun nimble while giving you real estate for accessories.

Built from hard-coat anodized 6061 aluminum, this handguard is made to last—and it's made in the USA. Installation is straightforward and includes all necessary tools. The one-piece design keeps things simple: no complicated assembly or wobble. Two anti-rotation QD sling swivel sockets are built in, so you can mount sling hardware without drilling or modifying. The handguard comes with one five-slot M-LOK rail for optics, lights, or other modern tactical accessories.

Keep in mind: because of its length, you must run either a suppressor or blast diverter. Firing this handguard unsuppressed risks damage that Midwest Industries won't cover. If suppressed shooting is your plan, this is a clean, proven solution that stiffens your MP5 platform and gets you on the rail standard your other guns use. 922R compliant.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this handguard work on my MP5 or MP5K?

Yes. This handguard is designed for HK MP5 and MP5K rifles, as well as compatible clones including the Century AP5/K, Zenith ZF5/K, and Military Arms Corporation MAC 5/K. Verify your specific platform before purchase if you're uncertain.

Do I need a suppressor or blast diverter to use this handguard?

What's included in the box?

The handguard comes complete with one five-slot M-LOK compatible rail and all tools necessary for installation.

Can I mount accessories like slings and lights?
