Strike King
The Strike King Tour Finesse Football Jig in 1/4-ounce Green Pumpkin Craw is built for anglers who need to coax bites from pressured or selective bass. This finesse football jig combines a sculpted football-shaped head with Gamakatsu hook engineering—the same precision steel trusted by tournament pros—to maximize your hook-up ratio when fish are being choosy. The 60-degree flat hook eye sits flush with the jig head, keeping your knot aligned properly and your presentation locked in. Whether you're fishing clear reservoirs, working shallow structure, or downsizing your approach on heavily fished water, this compact 1/4-ounce profile delivers the subtlety finicky fish reward.
The Green Pumpkin Craw color works across a range of conditions—natural enough for clear water, dark enough for stained water, and versatile enough to match crawfish and other bottom-dwelling forage most bass eat regularly. The jig comes dressed with a color-matched skirt that balances visibility and lifelike action without overwhelming the profile. A tapered barb keeper holds your soft plastic trailer securely in place, so your trailers stay put through casts, retrieves, and the head-shakes that come with solid hooksets.
Tour Series jigs are Strike King's premium offering, designed and tested by anglers who fish for a living. This finesse football jig is ideal for drop-shot rigging, shaky-head presentations, or paired with your favorite craw, creature, or finesse crawfish trailer. Pair it with a 6.5- to 7-foot medium-light spinning rod and 8- to 10-pound fluorocarbon for a setup that feels responsive and gives you the sensitivity to detect subtle bottom contact and light bites.
